Several training seminars for manual therapists take place every year at various locations in Switzerland and internationally. Here you will find all course dates for 2023 and 2024. All seminars are EMR-approved.
23.03. - 25.03.2023 Kientalerhof Bern, Schweiz
FMT 4 - Fascia in Manual Therapy offers advanced techniques for aligning the neck, the atlas, axis and the shoulders. Some peculiarities such as whiplash, cervical disc hernias are dealt with in detail.
21.04. - 22.04.2023 Bodyfeet Landquart, Schweiz
FMT 1 - Fascia in Manual Therapy: Aligning the main articulations opens up different approaches and options for treating fascia and joints, as well as improving and promoting their movement capacity. The techniques taught are made up of different methods of bodywork and can be easily integrated into existing work concepts.

This course is for manual therapists who want to expand and deepen their knowledge of treating the abdomen and is open to anyone with at least 1 year of practical experience in manual therapy.

FMT 3 - Fascia in Manual Therapy deals with advanced spinal and thoracic alignment techniques. Special features such as ribs and sternum, as well as the connection to the shoulders are dealt with in detail.
FMT - Fascia in Manual Therapy is a advanced training seminar in 4 modules and explores the treatment and alignment of fascial structures (connective tissue) and articulations in manual therapy. The courses are for manual therapists who want to deepen their knowledge of fascia and joints and incorporate the techniques into their work. The courses offer a comprehensive and detailed insight into the anatomy, functioning and treatment of fascia and joints.
Each advanced training seminar in FMT - Fascia in Manual Therapy includes several hours of theoretical and practical instruction. Anatomical, physiological and pathological basics are explained and described in detail in each training course. The mediated techniques are demonstrated on available assistants and can be tried out and practiced directly with other seminar participants. Participants are personally supervised and instructed by the seminar leader or assistants.
An electronic course manuscript is handed out for each training seminar. Before the start of the advanced training course, each participant will be sent a coloured, detailed script for the respective module by e-mail. It includes theoretical and practical instructions, as well as detailed explanations of the techniques taught. Bound copies of the course manuscripts can also be purchased directly from the seminars. Graduates of the entire training course FMT - Fascia in Manual Therapy can apply as assistants for the advanced training seminars. Participation as an assistant in the training courses in FMT is recognized as further education for alternative methods by the EMR - Swiss Medical Register.
